Manage Recordings Online
Lync saves your recordings in the Recording Manager. Let's find the options.

4. Try It: Manage the Recordings
Lync is online.
Go to Lync->Options->Tools.
Click on the little arrow to Show Menu.
Now, click on Recording Manager.

The Lync Recording will be be converted into a Windows Media Recording, a *.wav file. By default, it may be saved in the Video folder in a folder called Lync Recordings.

Try This, Too: Publish the Lync Recording
Go to Lync Recordings.
Select today's sample recording.
Click on Publish.

How Do I Get Out Of Here? Closing the Recording Manager does NOT it turn off.
You need to exit the program this way:
Go to File-> Exit.
